TREE REMOVAL

1. Please familiarize yourself with the tree removal guidelines in our covenants.  The guidelines for tree removal can be found in Section III. Prohibited Activities Item #5.
2. If you are unsure if your removal qualifies, contact Gulf South Property Management or the Board to submit your Tree Removal Request.
3. A strict $500.00 fine PER TREE penalty will be enforced for any unapproved tree removal on any developed or undeveloped property.
4. Failure to pay any imposed fines WILL result in a lien being placed on your property.

We cannot stress enough the importance of getting all tree removals in Black River Estates approved.  From the beautiful 100-year old live oaks that line our entrance, to our winding roads with thick foliage, and to our generously-sized lots with abundant trees, Black River Estates is one of the most sought after subdivisions in all of Madisonville.  Please, let’s keep this prestigious neighborhood quaint and unique.
